Stress refers to feeling anxious physically and emotionally.

 This feeling can come from any event or thought that makes a person feel hopeless, angry or nervous.

 Stress is primarily the response of the human body to a challenge or difficult time.

 However, having stress for a short period of time is a positive thing, which gives a person the power to take a task seriously, but when it exceeds a limit, it affects the person's health, life, etc.  Does matter.

 When a person walks fast or does more exercise. Or is under more stress, the heart needs to pump more amount of blood.  Apart from this, stress can happen to any person.  The detection of stress, heart and physical activity is called stress test.  There are basically three main types of stress.

 1      Acute stress – The common form or type of stress is called acute stress.

    It mainly occurs before doing any work, which motivates a person to adopt a positive or serious attitude.

 2     Episdic acute stress – This is called the next level of acute stress.  When a person has frequent acute stress, it is called episdic acute stress.

    3     Chronic stress – When acute stress is not relieved and it lasts for a long time, then that condition is called chronic stress in medical language.  It can lead to stroke, depression, cancer etc.

             The stress test is done without making any incisions.  This test, also known as a stress test, exercise test or treadmill test, is used by doctors to find out how well a patient's heart works during physical activity. A stress test usually involves  This includes walking on a treadmill or riding a stationary bicycle.  While the patient's breathing, blood pressure and heart rhythm are monitored.
