Biography  of Dilp Kumar     (Introduction of Dilip Kumar) :-          Dilip Kumar's real name was Mohammad Yusuf Khan. Dilip Kumar was a famous actor of Indian Hindi cinema.  Dilip Kumar was considered the best actor of his era.  He was also known as the 'Tragedy King' due to his role in tragic roles.

    Dilip Kumar was born on December 11, 1922, in the present-day Peshawar city of Peshawar, at Qissa Khwani Bazaar, which is now known as Khyber Pakhtun Khawabs.  His father's name was Lala Ghulam Sarwar and mother's name was Smt. Ayesha Begum. Dilip Kumar received his early education from Prestigeous Barnes School in Deolali near Nashik.

  Slave servers were a small landowner, and also a merchant of fruit.  Who used to sell his family expenses by selling fruits. His family came to Mumbai in 1926. Sometimes he also went to Peshawar, because he had a house, family and land in Peshawar.  In 1930, completely settled in Mumbai.

      His early life was spent in poverty.  Around 1940 when he was a teenager.  When Dilip Kumar got into a dispute with his father, he left his home and moved to Pune. In Pune, the Iranians met the owner of the cafe and with his help, Dilip Kumar met Taj Mohammad Shah, a canteen contractor who had been working since the time of Peshawar.  He was close to his father.

 Even before telling about his family, he got a job there because of his knowledge and good English and Urdu speaking.  He started working in the canteen.  With the help of Taj Mohammed Shah, Dilip met Devika Rani and her husband Himanshu Rai in 1943.  When Rai was the owner of Bombay Talkies, Devika Rani first caught sight of him and she chose Dilip Kumar as the actor.  It was Devika Rani who renamed him as 'Dilip Kumar' instead of 'Yusuf Khan'.  After which he got the role of lead actor in the film Jwar Bhata in 1944. This film was Dilip Kumar's first film. At the age of twenty-five, Dilip Kumar was established as the number one actor in the country.

Dilip Kumar's family information:-

Yusuf Khan / Dilip Kumar was always emotionally attached to his family.  In Peshawar, grandparents, uncles and aunts, sisters and brothers all lived in a joint family.  Sarwar Khan was a fruit wholesaler.  Due to Job's illness, his entire family moved to Mumbai in 1926.  But always used to go to Peshawar on holidays.

 Sarwar Khan had a shop in Crawford Market in Mumbai.  Yusuf Khan alias Dilip Kumar's mother Ayesha Begum died in August 1948 due to asthma.  Sarwar Khan also passed away in March 1950.  He was buried near his wife's grave in Devlali as per his last wish.

    After the death of the father, Dilip Kumar took the financial responsibility of the family on his shoulders, while the eldest sister Sakina took over the household chores.  In 1950, the family moved to live in a bungalow in Pali Hill.  Dilip Kumar bought it for 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees.

 The eldest sister of the Khan family was Sakina, who was in charge of the entire house. Sakina was called by the name of Aapaji by all the people of the house.  She was very beautiful and was left a virgin due to skin disease before her marriage.  But later, due to the sudden death of the parents, the happiness of the house remained.  He educated his younger siblings- Ahsan, Aslam, Akhtar, Saeeda, Farida and Fauzia well.  This family often used to visit Kashmir, Mahabaleshwar, Panchgani and Ratnagiri for holidays.

 Ajmer, Bihar Sharif, Ahmednagar, Agra and Delhi were also his favorite travel destinations.  In fact, Aapaji was also of religious nature and had deep faith in Sufism.  He spent the last time of his life serving the Khwaja in Ajmer Sharif.

 Ailing brother Job died in 1954.  The eldest brother Noor Mohammad died in 1991, while Anuj Nasir Khan, who had little success in films, had two marriages, the first being K.  Asif's sister Suraiya and later from actress Begum Para.  Nasir also succumbed to a fatal skin disease, which ruined his film career.  He died of a heart attack in Amritsar in May 1976, when he had gone to Kullu Manali to shoot for one of his films.  Ayyub Khan, who appeared as a hero in some films in the last decade, is the only son of Begum Para and Nasir Khan, who married the daughter of his cousin Fauzia.

Dilip Kumar's brother, sister:- Dilip Kumar had 6 brothers and 6 sisters. One was named Nasir Khan, who was also an actor. Nasir Khan belonged to two plaintiffs Suraiya Begum and Begum Para. Both are no longer in this world. Nasir Khan has a son named Ayub Khan, who is an actor. The names of the Dilip Kumar brothers were Noor Mohammad Khan, Mohammad Aslam Khan, Mohammad Ahsan Khan, Mohammad Ayub Khan and Mohammad Sarwar Khan. All the brothers of the actor are no longer in this world. The names of Dilip Kumar's sisters are Farida Khan, Akhtar Asif, Mumtaz Khan, Saeeda Khan, Fauzia Khan and Sakina Khan. Dileep's sister Saeeda Khan married Iqbal Khan, son of filmmaker-director Mehboob Khan. Saeeda Khan now lives with her son and daughter in a flat in Juhu and makes a living in the clothing business. Dilip Kumar's sister Mumtaz Khan has one son and two daughters. Akhtar Khan, one of Dileep's sisters, had married 'Mughal-e-Azam' producer K. Married to Asif. A few days after the marriage, Asif died and Akhtar Khan returned to his brother Dileep, and lived with his brother.

              Dilip Kumar's youngest sister was Fauzia Khan. Who married Dilip Surve in 1967. His daughter married actor Ayub Khan, son of Nasir-Begum Para. Akhtar lives in her brother Ehsan's house. Another sister Farida had worked in 'Filmfare' for many years. Now he is in America. The actor's elder sister Sakina did not marry and her last time was spent serving in Ajmer Sharif.

Dilip Kumar made his debut in the film world in 1944.  Kamini Kaushal entered the film world in 1946, two years after Dilip Kumar's arrival. Dilip Kumar and Kamini Kaushal both worked together for the first time in 1948 in the film 'Shaheed'.  Through this film, the two became friends and the friendship gradually turned into love.  Dilip Kumar and Kamini had done a total of three films together, which included 'Shaheed', 'Shabnam' and 'Nadiya Ke Paar'.  During the shooting of these three films, their love blossomed and both of them started falling in love with each other.  It is said that both were completely madly in love with each other.  Anshula Bajpayee and Trinetra Bajpayee wrote a book on Dilip Kumar, titled 'Dilip Kumar: Peerless Icon Inspiring Generation'.  In this book, he has told about the love story of both.

      Kamini Kaushal was born on 25 February 1927 in Lahore, Pakistan.  Kamini's real name was Uma Kashyap.  But when Kamini stepped into the film world, filmmaker Chetan Anand changed the name of Uma Kashyap to Kamini Kaushal.Q

Kamini's brother Dilip Kumar was threatened with death:- Why did they part ways after so much love between the two?  It is said that Kamini's brother came to know about Dilip Kumar and Kamini's relationship.  One day Kamini's brother reached the set of the film with a gun and also warned Kamini to separate from Dilip.  Along with this, he also threatened to kill Dilip Kumar.  Director PN Arora once told that Kamini's brother had reached the sets of the film with a gun.  During this he had warned Kamini that if she continued with Dilip Kumar, he would kill her too.  Along with this, the director had also told that Kamini's brother was in the army and he had also threatened to kill Dilip Kumar.

        There was also a big reason behind Kamini's brother taking such a step.  Kamini was in love with Dilip Kumar, but she had already tied the knot with someone else.  Despite this, Kamini had maintained her relationship with Dilip Kumar, and the same thing was not liked by the actress's brother.  Very few people know that Kamini's elder sister was killed in a road accident.  After which Kamini's entire family wanted her to marry her sister's husband SK Sood.  Initially Kamini was not agreeable to this, but as time passed, she agreed to marry her brother-in-law for the sake of her sister's children.  Surprisingly, Kamini's husband BS Sood also knew about her and Dilip Kumar's relationship, which Kamini herself had given in an interview.

Madhubala was born on February 14, 1933 in Delhi.  Madhubala's real name was Mumtaz Jehan Dehlvi.  His parents were residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Peshawar, the immediate Pakistan. Where Dilip Kumar was living.  Madhubala's father's name was Ataullah and mother's name was Ayesha Begum. Madhubala's film career started from 1942 with the first film Basant.  Dilip Kumar and Madhubala first worked together in the 1951 film Tarana.

     At that time Dilip Kumar did not know that Madhubala has started loving me in his heart.  During the shooting of the film Tarana, Madhubala wrote an Urdu letter to Dilip Kumar at the hands of a make-up artist, accompanied by a red rose flower.  In this letter Madhubala wrote, "If you want me, then accept this red rose flower.  Otherwise return it".  Dilip Kumar happily accepted this sign of Madhubala's love and then the real love story of Dilip Kumar and Madhubala also started climbing on the sets of the film Tarana.  His father did not want Madhubala to get into any affair.  But Dilip Kumar and Madhubala, who were arrested in each other's love, used to find some way to meet.

   Dilip Kumar and Madhubala's love blossomed in the suiting of Mughal-e-Azam.  The movie Mughal-e-Azam has been a witness to the real love story of Dilip Kumar and Madhubala and the storm and storm that came in this love story.  Mughal-e-Azam took a long time of about 10 years to make and during this film the love story of Dilip Kumar and Madhubala also started, and this story also ended at the end of the shooting.  When Mughle Azam debuted, several actresses from the industry were screened for the role of Anarkali and countless new faces were screened.  Ultimately Madhubala was chosen for this role.

  Dilip Kumar sent his eldest sister Sakina to Madhubala's house with the wedding vows during the suiting of Mughal-e-Azam.  He said that if Madhubala's father is ready, then he wants to marry Madhubala after seven days.  But Ataullah Khan categorically denied this relationship.  Father and Dilip sahib, the two people whom Madhubala loved the most in life.  But it had become impossible for him to choose one of the two.  Days continued to pass in this dilemma, but the tension on the threads of their relationship increased and then in 1956 that storm came, from which perhaps this relationship could never recover.

    Dilip Kumar's end of love: Dilip Kumar told Madhubala in front of actor Om Prakash during the shooting of film Dhake's Mulmal that he wants to take Madhubala with him today and marry Madhubala.  Dilip Kumar also said that a Qazi is present at his house and all the preparations for the wedding have been done, and he wants Mudhabala to go with him immediately, but at the same time, Dilipkumar had put a condition in front of Madhubala that marriage  After this Madhubala will have to break all relations with her father. Hearing this condition Madhubala became silent.  Seeing his silence, Dilip Kumar said, "Does this mean that you do not want to marry me?" Madhubala's silence did not break.  Dilip Kumar's anger was increasing due to Madhubala's silence.  He said again, "If today I go alone from here, I will never come back to you again." Madhubala remained silent and Dilip Kumar got up in front of her eyes and left from there.

      Dilip Kumar and Madhubala's relationship was over.  But these two were still working together in some films.  Mughal-e-Azam was yet to be completed and the forty-day suiting of BR Chopra's film Naya Daur was to be held in Bhopal.  The heroine of the new era was Madhubala.  But Madhubala's father Ataullah Khan flatly refused her to go to Bhopal.  The reason for this was the deteriorating health of Madhubala as well as Dilip Kumar.

       BR Chopra explained a lot to Madhubala's father but did not agree.  Enraged, BR Chopra immediately fired Madhubala from the film, and made Vyjayanthimala the heroine of the film.  After this Madhubala's father Ataullah Khan filed a case against BR Chopra.  Saying that he has removed Madhubala from the film for wrong reasons.  In response, BR Chopra also filed a criminal case against Ataullah Khan.  During the trial, Dilip Kumar and Madhubala had a face-off in the court.  Dilip Kumar decided to support BR Chopra in this fight and in the court he presented evidence and evidence against Madhubala and her father.

Discussion of romance with bajaynti mala:- After Madhubala, the name of Dilip Kumar is associated with the beautiful-eyed Vyjayanthi garland.  Both worked together in 6 films.  Although both of them always denied the matter of relationship with each other, but where does love hide from?  The discussion of their closeness on the sets started coming out and the on-screen as well as off-screen chemistry started making headlines.

  He did 06 films with Sundar Vyjayanthi.  When both were together on the set, the chemistry of both of them was made on sight.  During that time there were a lot of discussions about the tremendous romance of both.  It is said that Vyjayanthi was in love with him.  It is also said that Dilip Kumar himself liked the saris that Vyjayanthi wore during films.

 It is said that once Dilip Kumar along with his friends went to see the suiting of the film of Bajayanthi Mala.  At that time, Bajayanthi Mala Chitra Lekha was doing the suiting of the film.  Bajjayanti Mala did not want anyone to see her suiting. Because Bajjayanti Mala was wearing a dress that looked hot.  Bajayanthi Mala had told the director earlier that there should be no one other than the camera man at the time of suiting.  But even before the suiting, Dilip Kumar was sitting with his friends.  Bajayanthi Mala ran away on seeing Dilip Kumar.  And told the director that till Dilip Kumar does not go, I will not go to the suiting.  When Dilip Kumar came to know about this, he started to understand his humiliation.  and left from there.  After this incident, Dilip Kumar neither worked nor talked with Bajayanti Mala.
