FULL FORM "AAI "
The full name of AAI is Airport Authority of India. This organization has all the responsibilities of the Indian airport. Responsible for the construction, aviation, maintenance, and management of civil aviation infrastructure both on land and air space throughout the country.
The Government of India first constituted the International Airport Authority in 1972 to manage international airports in the country. In 1986, the National Airport Authority of India was constituted to look after domestic airports. Then in 1994 the two organizations were merged to form an organization which was named the Airports Authority of India (AAI).
The Airports Authority of India or AAI is a statutory body. AAI works under the Ministry of Civil Aviation. AAI provides communication navigation monitoring / air traffic management services in Indian airspace and adjoining maritime zone. Built a temporary Indian aviation network foundation with a mission to provide high quality, safe and customer oriented airports.

AAI का पूरा नाम Airport Authority of India है। इस संगठन के जिम्मे भारतीय एयरपोर्ट की सारी जिम्मेदारियां है। पूरे देश में जमीनऔर वायु अंतरिक्ष दोनों पर नागरिक उड्डयन बुनियादी ढांचे के निर्माण,उड्डयन,रख रखाव, और प्रबंध के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
पहले भारत सरकार ने देश में अंतरराष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डों के प्रबंध के लिए 1972 में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा प्राधिकरण का गठन किया था। 1986 में घरेलू हवाई अड्डों के देखभाल के लिए भारतीय राष्ट्रीय हवाई अड्डा प्राधिकरण का गठन किया गया था। फिर 1994 में दोनों संगठनों को मिलाकर एक संगठन बनाया गया जिसका नाम भारतीय विमान पत्तन प्राधिकरण(AAI) रखा गया।
भारतीय विमान पत्तन प्राधिकरण या AAI एक वैधानिक निकाय है।AAI नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय के अधीन काम करता है। AAI भारतीय हवाई क्षेत्र और आस-पास के समुद्री क्षेत्र में संचार नेवीगेशन निगरानी/ वायु यातायात प्रबंध सेवाएं प्रदान करता है। उच्च गुणवत्ता, सुरक्षित और ग्राहक उन्मुख हवाई अड्डे प्रदान करने वाले मिशन के साथ एक अस्थाई भारतीय विमानन नेटवर्क नींव बनाया।
